This machine special designed for non woven bag making. the machine takes nonwoven as raw materials. It can produce nonwoven bags of various sizes and shapes, such as nonwoven shopping bags, reticules, flat port bags, clothing bags, shoes bags, and other products packaging bags.

Woven bag is a widely used and relatively inexpensive packaging product. Its raw material is mainly polypropylene PP, which becomes a thread of a certain width after high temperature melting, extrusion and stretching, and then processed and cut by a loom to become our daily finished products.

Circular Loom Structure: The Six Shuttle Circular Loom is comprised of a circular frame or housing that houses multiple weaving stations. These weaving stations, also known as shuttles, are arranged evenly around the circumference of the circular frame.

Shuttle Movement: Each weaving station or shuttle is equipped with a bobbin containing the warp yarn, which is the longitudinal thread used in weaving. The shuttles move in a circular motion around the loom, guided by tracks or rails within the frame.

Weft Insertion: As the shuttles move around the loom, they carry the weft yarn, which is the transverse thread used in weaving. The weft yarn is inserted into the warp yarn shed (the opening between the warp yarns) to form the woven fabric.

Warp Yarn Tension: The tension of the warp yarn is carefully controlled to ensure proper weaving and fabric quality. Tension devices or tensioning mechanisms are employed to maintain consistent tension throughout the weaving process.

Weaving Process: The weaving process begins with the insertion of the weft yarn into the shed created by the warp yarns. As the shuttles continue their circular motion, they interlace the weft yarn with the warp yarns to form the woven fabric.

Fabric Tube Formation: The woven fabric tube is continuously formed as the shuttles move around the loom. The circular arrangement of the shuttles enables the seamless weaving of fabric tubes without the need for seams or joins.

Cutting and Winding: Once the desired length of fabric tube is woven, the fabric is cut and wound onto rolls or spools for further processing or fabrication into bags or packaging materials.
