Application:
It is used for producing vest bags and flat-opening bags with
printing. The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor to save
more electricity and regulate speed more freely. The color code
tracker with good performance makes the sealing and cutting length
more accurately and the error smaller .it adopts advanced computer
to adjust length more freely and accurately.
Principle:
Material Feeding: Polythene bags are fed into the machine, either manually or
automatically, to initiate the sealing and cutting process.
Sealing Mechanism: The machine utilizes a sealing mechanism, often employing heat or
ultrasonic energy, to bond the edges of the polythene bags
together. This creates a secure seal along the desired portions of
the bag.
Cutting Mechanism: Following the sealing process, the machine incorporates a cutting

material, separating individual bags or removing excess material as
required.
Cooling and Stacking: Once cut, the sealed polythene bags may pass through a cooling

they are stacked or collected for further processing or packaging.
